Start a Company is an AI product that helps founders launch and run new online businesses, being built in Malta. You can contact us at hello@startacompany.cloud.
This notice covers this website and the waitlist. The product itself will have its own terms and privacy notice for customers.
When you join the waitlist we collect your name, email and a description of your business idea and, if you choose to give them, your stage and country. We treat your idea as confidential and never share or reuse it. Our web host also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.
To contact you about early access and pilots, and to understand which features and languages to build first. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising, and this site uses no tracking cookies.
Sign-ups are stored on our hosting provider's servers in the EU and in our business email. We keep them until Start a Company launches and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or become a customer.
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Just email hello@startacompany.cloud. You can also complain to Malta's data protection authority, the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt).
